Iron Junction offers a high-deductible medical plan, (with rates as low as $23 a week) coupled with a self-funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). The HRA reduces the in-network deductible to an out-of-pocket maximum of $2,500 for employee only coverage, and $5,000 for employee with dependent coverage. The employee contribution is deducted pre-tax on a weekly basis as indicated in the table to the left. This weekly cost includes medical and dental coverage.
Employees that participate in Iron Junction's medical plan have the opportunity to elect to have a Health Savings Account (HSA). Iron Junction encourages employees to establish a HSA by providing a one-time initial employer contribution, as well as an annual dollar-for-dollar match up $300/year for employee only coverage, and $600/year for employee with dependent coverage.
Iron Junction, at no cost to the employee, short term disability, long term disability, and life insurance to all eligible employees. Employees also have the opportunity to elect additional voluntary term life and voluntary AD&D insurance for themselves, as well as their spouse and/or children.

Iron Junction offers accident and critical illness insurance through Allstate Benefits. No one plans on having an accident or getting seriously ill, it happens unexpectedly. These coverages are designed to work with your existing health insurance, and company provided disability coverage. Both of these benefit options provide cash benefits paid directly to you to help you pay for out-of-pocket expenses and medical costs that your health insurance may not cover. They are portable, which means if your employment ends, you can take your coverage with you.
The Iron Junction 401(k) plan is offered to all employees meeting the service and hours requirements under the plan. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the plan on the 1st of the month following 60 days of continuous employment. Employee contributions up to 18% of compensation will be eligible for an employer match.
